The jail also warns that it and its affiliates do not call to solicit money for an incarcerated person. Unexpected demands for emergency inmate funds should be treated as a scam and checked through an official number.
Booking Logs and Recent Arrests
The Sheriff app is the official recent-custody route for Fayette County because the Fayette web roster remains pending. A current roster is a snapshot. Fayette entries can change after bail, release, transfer, sentencing, or a corrected identity. Someone cited or summoned without admission to Fayette County Jail may never appear in the custody list at all.

A written request should describe existing records, date range, agency, incident or booking number, preferred medium, and whether inspection or copies are sought.
